Socket Fusion
McElroy socket fusion kits conveniently provide everything needed to fuse socket adapters and fittings for a specific size range. Each kit includes a microprocessor-controlled heater, to precisely set and monitor temperature in all field conditions, Teflon-coated heater adapters, shears, chamfer tools and more to make your installation more productive.
Sidewinder
Saddle fuse 4” branch saddles and tapping tees on all main sizes
The McElroy Sidewinder fusion machines give you the ability to saddle fuse 4" IPS and smaller branch saddles, tapping tees and service saddle fittings onto 1¼" IPS and larger main sizes.
Pit Bull 14
1” IPS – 4” DIPS (32mm – 110mm)
The McElroy Pit Bull 14 is a compact, lightweight, highly reliable and rugged machine. The machine incorporates McElroy’s patented Centerline Guidance System, and is designed to butt fuse tees, ells and other fittings with consistent, high-quality results. Features include reversible jaws, clamp knobs and facer.
Pit Bull 26
2” IPS – 6” DIPS (62mm – 180mm)
McElroy's line of Pit Bull fusion machines are compact, lightweight and rugged. The Pit Bull 26 fuses pipe sizes from 2" IPS to 6" DIPS and 63mm to 180mm depending on the model.
Rolling 28
2” IPS – 8” DIPS (63mm – 225mm)
The Rolling 28 has staked its claim as the industry standard for more than 40 years. Its ease of use and rugged quality construction opened the door for the most extensive line of 8-inch fusion machines on the market.
Tracstar 28 Series 2
2” IPS 0 8” DIPS (63mm – 225mm)
The TracStar 28 Series 2 has been completely redesigned based on feedback that came directly from the field. The new machine now shares a common vehicle with the 250, 412 and 618 range of TracStars and is powered by a powerful diesel engine – which is especially useful on jobsites where gasoline is not permitted.

4” IPS – 12” DIPS (110mm – 340mm)
The TracStar 412 is a standard machine with operator-controlled fusion processes designed to meet regulations in the US and similar markets. Includes fusion machine, facer, heater, insulated heater stand, 12" IPS butt fusion inserts and lifting assembly.
Rolling 618
6” IPS – 18” OD (160mm – 450mm)
One of McElroy’s most popular fusion machines, the Rolling 618 bridges the gap between small and large-diameter fusion. The Rolling 618 incorporates a universal 4-jaw carriage that can be easily removed for fusion operations remote from the vehicle. For installations in limited space, the outer fixed jaw and skid can be removed from the carriage, converting to a 3-jaw carriage for close access in tight installations.

6” IPS – 18” OD (160mm – 450mm)
The TracStar 618 Series 2 has been completely redesigned based on feedback that came directly from the field. The new machine now shares a common vehicle with the 28, 250, and 412 range of TracStars and is powered by a powerful diesel engine – which is especially useful on jobsites where gasoline is not permitted.

6” IPS – 20” OD (160mm – 500mm)
The TracStar 500 Series 3 is designed to offer the utmost maneuverability and flexibility on a jobsite. The robust features include a strong hydraulic facer for fast and efficient facing of pipe ends. The onboard engine and generator powers both the hydraulics and heater.

12” IPS – 36” OD (340mm – 900mm)
The McElroy MegaMc fusion machines are a revolutionary mix of muscle and versatility. The MegaMcs were the first large-diameter machines that brought the flexibility of the small-diameter machines to large-diameter fusion. Rugged and tough, the MegaMcs meet the demands of jobsites across North America and are equally capable of performing quality fusions in the ditch and in close quarters.

TracStar T900
12” IPS – 36” OD (340mm – 900mm)
The TracStar T900 does it all! It’s a rugged fusion machine with a DataLogger® 7 tablet, facer, remote control with rechargeable batteries and lifting assembly. It’s a self-contained, self- propelled, all-terrain fusion machine with an on-board generator for powering the heater.
TracStar T1200
16” OD – 48” OD (450mm – 1200mm)
The McElroy TracStar® 1200 brings larger pipe capability to its line of self-propelled, track-mounted fusion machines. The TracStar 1200 butt fuses pipe from 16” OD to 48” OD (450mm to 1200mm) and can traverse most any terrain.The self-contained machine features an on-board generator for powering the heater and facer, which is now positioned between the fixed jaws for easier pipe transfer. The carriage can be easily removed for in-ditch use.
